What You Receive
Vectora is a digital product. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the Vectora research dashboard and, where included in your plan, an invitation to the private Discord community. There are no physical goods shipped.
When Access Is Granted
Access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation through Whop. You will receive an email with your access link within minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not receive access within 1 hour, contact us at vectoradata@proton.me.
Billing Cadence
Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. Quarterly plans are billed every 3 months. Annual plans are billed once per year. All billing is handled by Whop. You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription directly in your Whop account dashboard.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the period you have paid for expires.
Refund Policy
Because access to the platform is granted immediately and the product is digital, we do not offer refunds once access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue preventing access within the first 48 hours of purchase, contact us directly and we will resolve it or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Service Availability
We maintain the platform on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance will be announced in the Discord. Unplanned downtime lasting more than 24 hours will be compensated with a billing extension at our discretion.
