We collect the information you provide when purchasing access through Whop: your email address and payment details. Payment details are processed and stored exclusively by Whop — Vectora never stores card information directly. We may collect your email address if you contact us directly.
How We Use It
Your email address is used to grant and manage access to the platform, send essential product updates, and respond to support requests. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile individual users.
Third-Party Services
Vectora uses Whop for payment processing and access management. Whop's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data. The dashboard is hosted on Vercel — their infrastructure privacy policy applies to server-level data.
Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Contact vectoradata@proton.me to request deletion.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing or request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at vectoradata@proton.me.
