What We Collect
When you sign in through Whop, we receive and store your Whop user ID, email address, and subscription plan. This data is kept in our own database (hosted on Supabase) to manage your access tier and account. Payment details are processed and stored exclusively by Whop — Vectora never stores card information directly. During your session, your browser stores a signed cookie containing your access tier and membership status. We may also collect your email address if you contact us directly.
How We Use It
Your email address and Whop user ID are used to grant and manage access to the platform, determine your subscription tier, send essential product updates, and respond to support requests. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
AI Features
The Market Intelligence page includes an optional AI-powered summary and chat feature. When you use it, your analysis data (price levels, market statistics, and chat messages) is sent to the AI provider you select. Supported providers are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter. You supply your own API key, which is stored only in your browser and sent per request — we never store your API key on our servers. The data sent to these providers is not used by Vectora for training or any purpose beyond generating your requested summary. Each provider's own privacy policy and data handling terms apply to what they receive.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile individual users.
Third-Party Services
Vectora relies on the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Whop — payment processing, subscription management, and login authentication. We send your Whop user ID to their API to verify your membership status on each session.
- Supabase — database hosting. Your account record (Whop user ID, email, subscription plan) is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database.
- Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure. Their privacy policy applies to server-level request data.
- AI providers (optional) — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and OpenRouter. Only used when you actively trigger the AI summary or chat feature in Market Intelligence, using your own API key.
Data Retention
We retain your account record (Whop user ID, email, subscription plan) for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Contact vectoradata@proton.me to request deletion.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing or request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at vectoradata@proton.me.
Cookies
This landing page does not use tracking cookies. The dashboard may use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other websites.
