1. The Product
Vectora is a statistical research platform. Access is granted digitally upon successful payment. There are no physical goods. You receive access to the dashboard and, where applicable, the private Discord community.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on Vectora — including all statistics, modules, indicators, and Discord content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past statistical patterns do not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk and bear full responsibility for your trading decisions.
3. Access & Accounts
Access is managed through Whop. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Vectora reserves the right to terminate access for misuse, sharing credentials, or violation of these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to Vectora with third parties. You may not use the platform to build competing products. Screenshots and data may be shared for personal or educational purposes with attribution.
5. Changes to the Product
Vectora is an actively developed platform. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will not remove access mid-billing period without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vectora and its founders shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided as-is.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
